About BloomWell

Last updated 2026-07-27

What BloomWell is

BloomWell is an editorial journal about women's everyday wellness: weight, bloating, digestion, menopause, and the ordinary daily comfort that makes a body feel like its own again. It is reading, not medicine. Every article answers a single honest question in plain language, without promises it cannot keep.

The journal is written for a reader who has heard the claims before and is tired of them. We assume you are skeptical. We think that is the correct posture, and we would rather earn your attention with a clear mechanism than with a louder promise.

Who writes it

Articles are published under a single collective byline: the BloomWell Editorial Team. This is a transparent pseudonym, not a person. It is the name of the group that researches, drafts, reviews, and publishes every piece on this site, and we use it deliberately rather than inventing individual author personas that do not correspond to real people.

We want to be equally clear about what that byline does not claim. No article on BloomWell is reviewed by a named licensed clinician, and we do not present one. When we cite research we point to the source so you can read it yourself. Our editorial standards, including how we source claims and how we handle corrections, are described in our Editorial Policy.

How BloomWell is funded

BloomWell is funded by affiliate commissions. Articles on this site contain affiliate links, and BloomWell may earn a commission at no cost to you when you buy through them. This is disclosed at the top of every article, before any product link appears, and again in the footer of every page.

That funding model shapes what we owe you. Because we are paid when you buy, the burden is on us to be accurate about what a product can and cannot do, and to say plainly when the evidence for something is thin. Where we describe a benefit, we try to describe its limit in the same breath.

What BloomWell is not

BloomWell is not a medical provider and does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing here is a substitute for talking to your own healthcare provider, who knows your history and your medications. If something on this site raises a question about your health, that conversation is the right next step, not an article.

What we publish

The journal is organized into collections covering menopause and bloat, morning bloat, evaluation for the skeptic, timing and usage, safety and side effects, and the Costa Rican cup. Together they move from what genuinely helps to how a daily ritual actually works once you drink it.

Read what interests you. Decide for yourself.
