We read what comes in. We are a small editorial operation, so we cannot promise a reply to every message, but corrections and factual disputes get looked at.

Corrections

If you believe something we published is factually wrong, tell us what the article says, what you believe is correct, and where that comes from if you have a source. We correct errors of fact rather than quietly deleting them, as described in our Editorial Policy.

What we cannot help with

We cannot give medical advice, answer questions about your personal health, or tell you whether a product is right for you. Those questions belong with your own healthcare provider, who knows your history and your medications.

We are also not the seller of any product discussed on this site. We do not process orders, payments, shipping, returns, or refunds. For anything about an order you placed, contact that merchant directly, since we have no access to their systems or your order.
