The short version
BloomWell is a static reading site. We do not ask you to create an account, we do not set advertising or tracking cookies of our own, and we do not sell or rent personal information. You can read every article on this site without giving us anything.
This page describes what actually happens when you visit, in plain language, rather than reciting practices we do not have.
What we collect
We do not collect names, email addresses, or accounts, because there is nothing on this site to sign up for. The subscribe field shown in the site footer is not connected to any mailing system and does not send or store what you type into it.
Like any website, requests to our pages are handled by our hosting provider, which processes standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to serve the page and protect the service from abuse. We do not use that information to build a profile of you.
Cookies
BloomWell does not set its own advertising, analytics, or profiling cookies. If your browser stores anything from this site, it is the ordinary technical storage a hosting provider or your own browser uses to deliver and cache a page.
If we ever add analytics or advertising technology, we will update this page and change the date before turning it on, not after.
Links to other sites
Articles on BloomWell contain affiliate links to third-party merchants. When you follow one of those links you leave BloomWell and enter a site we do not control, with its own privacy policy, its own cookies, and its own tracking.
Affiliate programs typically record that a visit came from us so that a commission can be attributed. What that merchant collects about you once you arrive is governed by their policy, not this one. We encourage you to read it.
Search engine and platform verification
Our pages carry verification tags that let search engines and one social platform confirm that we control this domain. These are static markers embedded in the page and do not read anything about you.
Children
BloomWell is written for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices
Because we do not collect personal information from you, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on request. If you believe we hold information about you and want to ask about it, write to us at bloomwell.editorial@gmail.com.
Changes to this policy
This policy is dated. If our practices change, including if we add analytics, advertising technology, or any form of signup, we will update this page and change the date.
